Ladbrokes Picks Microgaming to Power European Sites

UK land and online betting firm Ladbrokes has announced that it has chosen online gambling software vendor Microgaming to power its soon-to-be-launched Danish and Spanish-facing sites, in terms of both online casino and online poker games.

According to the betting giant, as soon as it has been granted the necessary gaming licenses to operate in Denmark and Spain, it's new Microgaming-powered sites will go live, which is expected to happen sometime in January next year.

Said Andy Clucas, Microgaming Head of Business Development, 'We have had a long and successful relationship with Ladbrokes and are delighted to be entering these two exciting markets with it. Once granted licenses, Ladbrokes will be able to offer the most competitive range of products.'

Danish and Spanish Sites will offer Microgaming Games

As part of its deal with Microgaming, both Ladbrokes Danish and Spanish sites will offer players a large choice of Flash, instant play casino games, as well as downloadable casino games depending on the players' preference, as well as a variety of popular online poker options.
